Georges Franco
Georges has been involved with hard money lending since 2006. He has personally originated millions of dollars in hard money loans. In addition to loan origination, Georges also managed relationships with capital markets partners and institutional investors. He is part of RevitaLending (a SFR hard money lender) and Veraciti Capital (a commercial hard money lender). Prior to moving to the DC Metro area, he was the Director of Hard Equity for AIM Funding Group, LLC out of Coral Springs, Florida. He also spent time at Chemtov Mortgage (now CMG Capital), a private lender based in Miami Beach, Florida.
