Business-purpose lending only

We make business-purpose commercial real estate loans. We do not make loans for personal, family or household purposes, and residential properties must be non-owner occupied.

No commitment to lend

Information on this site, in the chat and in any response to your inquiry, including rates, terms, leverage, loan sizes and timelines, is general and indicative only. Nothing on this site is an offer, approval or commitment to lend. Every loan is subject to underwriting, valuation, diligence, and final written approval and loan documents.

The chat

The chat on this site gives automated answers from a fixed set of information about our loan programs. It can be incomplete or wrong for your situation and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Please confirm anything important with our lending team.

Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it, including information about any company, property or other person. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Communications and text messages

By submitting a form, the loan application or the chat, you agree that Veraciti Capital may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone and text message at the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; reply HELP for help. Marketing emails and texts are sent only if you check the optional marketing box, and you can opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any loan.
