This Privacy Policy explains how Veraciti Capital ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit commercialprivatemoney.com, use our chat, submit our deal form or loan application, or receive our emails or text messages. We make business-purpose commercial real estate loans only; we do not make consumer or owner-occupied residential loans.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, your role (borrower, broker or other), and details about the property and loan you are asking about, including anything you type in a form, the application or the chat.
• Consent records: when you submit a form or the chat, we record the date and time, the page or form used, your IP address, the consent wording shown to you (by version) and whether you checked the optional marketing box.
• Technical information: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) used for security and to keep the site working. We do not sell this information.

How we use information

• To review and respond to your inquiry or application, including contacting you by email, phone and text message about it.
• If you opted in, to send you marketing emails and text messages about our loan programs.
• To keep records of our communications and your consent and opt-out choices.
• To protect the site and our business, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with law.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you submit a form, the loan application or the chat on this site, you agree that Veraciti Capital may contact you about your inquiry by text message at the phone number you provide. If you also check the optional marketing box, you agree to receive marketing text messages about our loan programs.

• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and, if you opted in, our programs.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (202) 595-5472.
• Consent is not a condition of obtaining any loan or other product or service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.

Email

Every marketing email we send includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect right away. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still reply to you about an inquiry or loan you have with us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us run the website, email and messaging, under obligations to keep it confidential;
• with parties involved in evaluating or closing a loan you have asked about (for example, valuation, title, closing and legal providers), when needed for that loan;
• if you are a broker or were introduced by a broker, with that broker as needed for the transaction; and
• when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to keep a record of your consent and opt-out choices and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails.
